Hi Graham,I am just emailling to say what a fantastic service you offered me .First thing on Monday morning I rang and spoke to Tom and asked if an Apex Single Rabbit hutch could be fitted with a cat flap and the mesh door be made smaller.Within less than 48 hours the adjustments had been made,dispatched and received and now I am the happy owner of a converted Rabbit Hutch into an outside hideaway for my cats.The workmanship and quality of the product is of very high standard.Thank you so much Debbie ( Coventry) august 2010

Hi Graham,Just a quick email to say thank you for my cat box which arrived this morning. I love it... and more importantly, so do my cats. It’s great for this ‘summer’ weather we’re having as they can stay out in the fresh air all day if they want, snug and warm and dry.I’ve included a photo... Wow, what fantastic customer service. Basically I bought a cat box extra on 17th May 2010,and over the last week noticed that the roof of it was leaking. I phoned Happy Hutch yesterday morning (Thursday), and with no quibble I was receiving a replacement lid for my cat box this morning (Friday). You can't beat it. Thank you again Happy Hutch. Graham,just a note to say thank you, yesterday we received our Sykes rabbit hutch and run combo and we are really happy with it. I don't normally write but when searching on the Internet for a Guinea Pig hutch I found some scathing, unfounded and completely incompetent reviews of your products. Despite this I liked what I saw on the web site and what I read about your approach to production and as a result we have got a new home for our pets that is of great quality, delivered quickly and at an excellent price. As for those who found it difficult to assemble and it took them hours etc. it's a wonder they could find their way out of a room! Brilliant service & a great product.Many thanks,Chris.
Hello Graham Just thought I'd let you know that I called Tom on Monday morning and took delivery of my Hutch/Run on Tuesday, amazing service. I would like to say what a pleasure it is dealing with a company who a) answer the phone without being irritated and b) give you honest and realistic expectations and sticking to them! I ordered the extra cat box, Monday night, and I was astounded that it was delivered this morning. Just waiting for 'Blewyn' the cat to return from her nocturnal activities to try it out. Hi Graham, attached are some pictures of the new rabbit aviary which links up as a walkway to another bunny area. It's a fantastic space as we now have 2 pairs of rabbits who can alternate access to the corner area, meaning they get a lot more space between them. Thank you so much for such a quick delivery! Hi Graham, It's Chris Bewick from Yell here, just thought I would give you an update about the chicken coop that you donated last year to help our project. Last Thursday, out of the blue I received a phone call from the Yell PR team saying that I had to make my way to the Albert Road Day Care Centre in Caversham because I (and my team) had been nominated for a Pride of Reading award for the work that we had done. We went back to the centre and where pleasantly surprised by what we saw. Since last year the garden has had more work done and now has some raised beds growing fruit and vegetables, presumably for residents in wheelchairs to enjoy. In addition to this an enormous extension has been built onto the back of the chicken coop which is now home to two bantam hens and one bantam cockerel. It seems that the chickens have become a real part of the centre and a strong focus in the garden which really encourages the elderly to get outside and enjoy the summer. Whilst we where there the Reading Post came to take a photo and do a write up about the nomination and I am pleased to inform you that this time Happy Hutch got the proper mention it deserved. I managed to put it up yesterday without any problems and the lady from the RSPCA came and approved it this morning (we're "rescuing" some Guinea Pigs from the RSPCA) so we can now go and collect our new pets!.Thanks so much for the prompt service.

This is not a question but a thank you i recently purchased a hutch from you on the net. I was very impressed by the delivery cost and very pleased to see it arrive within the time scale expected. On arrival it wasn\'t too difficult to put together even thought the person helping me couldn\'t tell one end of a screwdriver from the other. So thank you very much I intend to buy the rabbit hotel from you shortly once my building work is complete and certainly would reccomend you to anyone looking to purchase housing for small anmals. Just thought that I would let you know what a great product I purchased from you. The 7' foot rabbit run is absolutely perfect and very well constructed and the delivery time was unbelievably quick. Poppy, my giant french lop which really appears to feel safe once inside and really isn't bothered when the time comes to put her in there.

Just received my new combination rabbit hutch and run, only a couple of days after ordering and i have to say i am impressed. Having only just begun shopping on-line, i have spent many hours browsing high street pet stores some of which are big brands, the hutches were often over-priced and of particualrly good quality and also did not offer a delivery service.
I am pleased to say however, that happyhutch.com ticked all the boxes, swift service, value for money, home delivery and a product of quality. It may come flat packed and require self assembly, but i found that because of this i could see quality of the product i was paying for. I would reccommend happyhutch.com any day

Dear Happy Hutch Company,Last year we found a very big English rabbit over at my Aunties and after about 2 days we finally caught it. We couldn't find an owner, and after a few weeks of him taking up the garage we knew we had to find him better accommodation! With being so big we just couldn't find a big enough hutch anywhere, so turned to the Internet. We found you on Ebay and bought a 2x2x4 hutch and just to let you know, its one of the best thing's we have ever bought! Your service was A* and it came within a couple of days, taking hardly any time to put up. We have added winter doors to protect him from the cold and night, and through out the day we just leaves the doors open so he can run around the patio. Your certainly right, a happy pet lives in a happy hutch!

I recently purchased a “Happy Hutch” for a stray cat that has adopted us and I just wanted to say how pleased I was with the product, and the delivery, and how pleased the cat is! In fact, it came on the Wednesday, three days before the Rescue Rabbit arrived!
